Garden update! 03/20/2015

Hello friends!

Another post that's long overdue. Things in the gardens are doing very, very well!


In the raised garden beds, I'm still harvesting peas from my first successful bunch of pea plants. I also just harvested my first zucchini of the season. Can't wait to see my fridge start filling up with produce plucked straight out of my own garden!

Things are also growing really well indoors. My basil, thyme, arugula, Swiss chard, fenugreek, and pepper plants are all looking amazing. We just used some of the basil in pasta, and absolutely no dried stuff can compare to fresh basil. Can't wait to try some of this thyme!
